Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Addresses in British Columbia and the Lower Mainland are generally at the faster end of the range; Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic Canada and remote or northern postcodes are at the longer end. Items marked Special Order on the product page are ordered in from the manufacturer and take longer than the times above — please contact us for the current lead time before ordering.
Flat rate freight — $299 per order
Hot tubs, pools, saunas, patio furniture and fitness equipment are large items that travel by freight carrier rather than by parcel post. Instead of asking you to wait for a freight quote, we average the real carrier cost into a single flat rate of $299 per order, shown at checkout. It is one charge per order however many items you buy, so accessories and parts added to the same order ship at no extra cost. Orders over $5,000 ship free.

Local pickup in Burnaby
Choose Local pickup at checkout to collect your order from 4926 Imperial Street, Burnaby, BC at no charge. We email you when your order is ready, normally within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Please bring your order number and photo ID, and a vehicle and helpers suited to the size of your purchase — large items such as hot tubs need a suitable trailer or truck.

When your delivery arrives
- Check the number of boxes or pieces against your delivery receipt before signing.
- Inspect the packaging for visible damage and write any damage on the carrier’s receipt.
- Report any damage to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging, at info@901wellness.ca. See Returns & refunds for how we put it right.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada only. We do not ship to the United States or internationally, and freight cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, so please use a street address.
