This website is owned and operated by 901 Wellness Inc., 4926 Imperial Street, Burnaby, BC (Company Number BC1466348, Business Number 795051820). References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean 901 Wellness Inc. References to “you” mean the person placing the order.
Where we sell
We sell to customers in Canada and ship only to addresses in Canada. Orders with a delivery address outside Canada cannot be placed through checkout.
Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The price you pay is the total shown at checkout when you place your order.
We work to keep prices and product information accurate. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it for a full refund.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. Payment is taken securely at checkout by card through Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item in full.

Returns and refunds
Return windows, restocking fees and refund timing are set out in our Returns & refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law in British Columbia or elsewhere in Canada.
Product information
Product photos, dimensions and specifications are provided to help you choose. Colours may look slightly different on screen. Where a manufacturer supplies installation, electrical or site requirements, please read them before you order. Contact us if anything is unclear.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
