Every new product we sell is covered by its manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage differs by brand and by product, so the warranty for each item is listed on its product page under Warranty. If something goes wrong, contact us first — we help you make the claim with the manufacturer.
Return or warranty?
| When the problem appears | How it is handled | Where to read more |
|---|---|---|
| On delivery — damaged in transit | Report within 48 hours with photos; we cover freight both ways | Returns & refunds |
| Within 30 days of delivery — defective or not as described | Return for a full refund or replacement at our cost | Returns & refunds |
| After 30 days — a fault or failure | Manufacturer’s warranty claim, which we help you make | This page |
Where to find your warranty
The warranty terms supplied by the manufacturer appear in the Additional information section of each product page, and the manufacturer’s warranty document is included with the product. Hot tubs usually carry separate terms for different parts of the spa — for example the shell, the structure, the plumbing, the equipment and the cabinet — so read each line of the listing. If a product page does not list a warranty, or you would like the full manufacturer document before you buy, contact us and we will send it to you.
How to make a warranty claim
- Stop using the product if continued use could cause further damage or a safety risk. For hot tubs and saunas, switch off the power at the breaker.
- Contact us at info@901wellness.ca, 672 203 4124 or our contact form with your order number, the product name, its serial number if it has one, and a description of the fault.
- Send photos or a short video showing the problem. For hot tubs, a photo of any error code on the topside control panel is very helpful.
- We review the information with you and help you lodge the claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service provider.
- The manufacturer decides whether the claim is approved and how it is resolved — a replacement part, a service visit, a repair or a replacement product, as set out in its warranty terms.
What a manufacturer’s warranty normally does not cover
The exact exclusions are in each manufacturer’s document, but most warranties for the products we sell do not cover the following:
| Typically excluded | Examples |
|---|---|
| Normal wear and tear | Fading of fabrics and finishes, worn cushions, hot tub cover wear |
| Improper installation or electrical work | Installation not to the manufacturer’s instructions or local electrical code |
| Water chemistry damage | Damage to hot tub surfaces, jets or heaters from unbalanced water |
| Misuse, accident or neglect | Freeze damage, impact damage, use outside the product’s rated limits |
| Unauthorised repairs or modifications | Repairs by someone other than an authorised service provider |
| Commercial use of a residential product | Residential products used in a business setting |
| Consumables | Filters, light bulbs and similar replaceable parts |
Looking after your warranty
- Keep your order confirmation — it is your proof of purchase.
- Register the product with the manufacturer if its warranty asks you to.
- Follow the owner’s manual for installation, electrical requirements, water care and winterising.
- Use a licensed electrician for hard-wired hot tubs and saunas, and keep the invoice.
Your rights
